- Kitchen: fully equipped with refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, cutlery, cooking utensils, filter coffee maker, toaster and kettle.
- Lounge: 1 double sofa bed (1x2 persons – 160x200).
- Room 1: 2 bunk beds (2x1 person – 90x190).
- Room 2: 1 double sofa bed (1x2 persons – 140x200).
- Bathroom: shower and towel rail, separate toilet.
- Other equipment: vacuum cleaner, duvets, blankets and pillows included.
- Exterior and parking: free public outdoor parking (outside residence, non-nominative, subject to availability).
- Residence facilities: indoor swimming pool open from 5 April to 30 September, laundry.
