In the ground-floor bedroom, there is a large double bed with high-quality mattresses. The bedroom on the upper floor has three single beds.

All windows are fitted with Venetian blinds and insect screens.

Thanks to the fibre optic connection, fast internet and television are guaranteed. A terrace with high-quality garden furniture invites you to enjoy breakfast, barbecues, and sunbathing. The lawn area is separated from the neighbours by brightly blooming shrubs and fragrant lavender. On the seating area behind the house, you can enjoy the sunset and observe pheasants, cranes, skylarks, and other wildlife.

On cool days, the wood-burning stove in the open-plan living and dining area entices you to relax and read a book from the house library with its crackling fire and cosy warmth. For cyclists, there is a lockable shed for 2–3 bikes with the option to charge e-bikes.
