There are two separate bedrooms, and on the open gallery, the sofa bed (1.50 x 3.00) offers two additional sleeping places. Here you can enjoy the view through the large panoramic windows. In the living area, there is a fireplace for cosy, contemplative hours. In the kitchen, you will find a fridge combined with a freezer and a water & ice dispenser for the hot days. Even a small washing machine is available for emergencies or accidental mishaps. Furthermore, there is a TV in every room. In the living and kitchen areas, this has been enhanced with a soundbar.

The Telekom connection ensures fast internet access with high performance. On the TV, you can access services like Netflix or Amazon using your own login details. Gaming, surfing, and home office work are thus possible.

On the terrace, you can start sunny days with a shared breakfast. There is also a barbecue available, so you can enjoy food and the view together as the day ends. For particularly hot days, the house is equipped with air conditioning and a fan.

The harbour with its own boat jetty also allows for lovely water excursions, as there are several paddle and boat rental stations nearby.

Even in winter, the Hafendorf Zerpenschleuse is always worth a visit. After a walk along the frozen lake or through the snow-covered woods, you can warm up again in the holiday home in front of the crackling fireplace in the living room. The fireplace provides cosy warmth and a comfortable place for the whole family.
