This exclusive residence features four elegantly designed bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen seamlessly connected to a spacious living and dining area. Relax in the private terrace with a heated pool, outdoor seating, and dining space for up to 8 guests, all while enjoying stunning golf course and ocean views. It includes modern amenities such as SKY TV, daily housekeeping, Breakfast Preparation Service for up to 10 guests (Food and beverage is not included), concierge services and two 4-seater golf carts for convenient exploration.

Master Bedroom: 1 King size bed, terrace, ensuite bathroom, walk-in closet
Bedroom 2: 1 King size bed, terrace, ensuite bathroom, walk-in closet
Bedroom 3: 2 Queen size beds, private terrace, ensuite bathroom
Bedroom 4: 2 Queen size beds, private terrace, ensuite bathroom
Please note that gratuity for the staff is not included. Tips are always appreciated and we kindly encourage guests to consider them based on the level of service received.
Guest Access:
This residence includes a **Punta Mita Premier Golf** Membership, which provides guests with privileged access to many of the resort’s exclusive amenities. Through this membership, guests may enjoy:
• Access to Punta Mita’s private beach clubs, including Kupuri, Pacífico, Sufi Ocean Club, and El Surf Club
• Access to both Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Courses, Pacífico and Bahía (Additional Fees Apply)
• Use of the Tennis Center and Fitness Center (from 12:00pm - 6:00pm) (Additional Fees Apply)
• Access to scenic walking and jogging trails throughout the community
**Access Fees**
Please note that access to Punta Mita amenities is subject to a one-time Access Fee per guest, per stay. This fee is established by the Punta Mita community and is not included in the rental rate unless otherwise specified.
This fee is charged closer to the arrival date and applies as follows:
• Adults and children 13 years and older: USD $50 per person + 16% IVA + 15% service charge
• Children ages 5–12: USD $30 per person + 16% IVA + 15% service charge
• Children under 5 years old: No charge

The Neighborhood:
Nestled in the prestigious gated community of Punta Mita, offering 8.5 miles of pristine coastline with white sandy beaches. Guests can enjoy activities such as surfing, stand-up paddleboarding, and whale watching. The vibrant Punta de Mita town is just a short golf cart ride away, providing access to local restaurants, shops, and cultural experiences. Nearby destinations include Sayulita, San Pancho, and Puerto Vallarta, known for their unique charm and authentic Mexican culture.
Getting Around:
A Two 4-seater golf cart are provided for your convenience—perfect for cruising to the beach, exploring the village, or heading to a nearby club for sunset drinks. Private airport transportation is recommended for arrival, and once you’re here, everything you need is just minutes away.
Other Things to Note:
A security deposit equivalent to $1,500 US or $30,000 MXN is required as a pre-authorization hold on the guest’s credit card upon arrival.
Cancellation policy:
1. For any new confirmed reservation, you can cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, excluding payment processing fees.
2. After that period, cancel at least 30 days before check-in and receive a refund in your original form of payment, minus the booking fee and associated taxes.
3. Festive Seasons: For any reservation during festive seasons (including Thanksgiving Week, Christmas Week, New Year’s Week, Mexican Holy Week, and Easter Week), cancel at least 60 days before check-in and receive a refund in your original form of payment, minus the booking fee and associated taxes.
*This Cancellation Policy is not applicable to HVMB guests.

Suitable for infants (less than 2).
Enter and leave the property at the times marked for check-in and check-out.
Always treat service personnel with respect and dignity.
Immediately notify about any damage or incident to the property.

After 10 pm, loud music is not allowed, and we ask that you maintain a moderate noise level.
Do not exceed the number of guests on the reservation.
Eating is not allowed in the pool.
Do not put food in the bedrooms.
It is not allowed to get on the couches with shoes.
