This private villa features 4 bedrooms—three with king beds and a bunk room with two queens and two twins—plus staff quarters. Master Suite.- An elegant and serene retreat featuring a king-size bed, warm ambient lighting, and sophisticated neutral tones with marble accents. The spacious ensuite bathroom includes double marble vanities, a double glass-enclosed rainfall shower, private WC, and a luxurious jacuzzi tub, creating a spa-like experience.
Bedroom 2.- Beautifully appointed guest suite with a king-size bed and TV. The private ensuite bathroom features premium finishes, marble surfaces, and a spacious walk-in shower, offering comfort and privacy.
Bedroom 3.- Another stylish guest suite with a king-size bed and TV. The ensuite bathroom includes elegant fixtures, marble details, and a modern walk-in shower.
Bedroom 4 – Bunk Room.- Designed for families or groups, this spacious bunk room features two queen beds and two twin beds. The room includes its own private ensuite bathroom with upscale finishes and a walk-in shower.

Under 5: No charge
This fee provides access (subject to availability) to Club Punta Mita beach clubs and amenities.
Additional facilities such as golf, racquet sports, ocean activities, and the gym incur extra charges.
Scheduled Maintenance:
During these periods, the Beach Club listed below will be temporarily closed for scheduled maintenance.
During these maintenance periods, all other Punta Mita Beach Clubs will remain open, allowing guests to continue enjoying the resort's exclusive beach clubs and amenities.
