This modern and comfortable apartment is bright, airy, and perfectly locate in the heart of Alexandra Headland. You are situated absolute beachfront, directly opposite Alexandra Headland Beach and the Surf Club. The apartment is located on the ground floor, with easy access from secure parking.
The beach and coastal walkway are right in front of the apartment, allowing easy access to either Mooloolaba or Maroochydore. The Alexandra Headland Surf Club and its stunning, patrolled beach are just opposite.

The apartment is fully air-conditioned, with overhead fans in the bedroom.

Tea, coffee, milk, 3-in-1 body wash and hair, and 2 rolls of toilet paper per toilet as a ""start-up"" to your stay. After this, you will need to purchase your own supplies.

All linen is provided, including beach towels, under our Premium Linen Service.

The cleaning charge for your stay covers a standard clean. If the apartment is left with excessive garbage, stains, rubbish, bottles, breakages, or cigarette smells/burns, you will be charged for all additional cleaning and replacement costs.

Parking was not where it is stated on information email. When the spot was found it was ok. Apartment smaller than first thought but has had lots of improvements to kitchen, bathroom and bedroom cupboards.
