Shan Delle is in the heart of Alexandra Headland directly opposite one of the Sunshine Coasts best beaches. Shan Delle has a lovely pool, lift access, secure parking and is located in amongst it all. Take a 5 minute stroll to the north and you have all the cafe’s, restaurants and shops of Alexandra Headland or take a 12 minute walk over the hill and you are in Mooloolaba to take in the boutique shops and amazing cafe’s and restaurants.

🔹 PLEASE BE AWARE - We do require a pre-authorisation for this property of $200.00. This is taken at the time of check-in using a credit card or debit card. This amount is held off your available funds and released after 10-14 days to cover any miscellaneous charges, damages, or breakages.
