good process for checking in, was very quick and efficient
It was easy for us as we had a rental car and was a 15 min drive to collect them and drop them back after the stay. This would have been more challenging if no rental car was available

The view was exceptional. Kitchen was well appointed with cutlery and dishes.The ambience when entering is bright and sunny with a strong feeling of joy.
Uncomfortable couch. Unbelievably slow NBN.
Trying to get the key into the front door locks was wearisome.
The stove was designed by a.rocket scientist.
No exhaust fans in toilet or kitchen.
No key to lock the screen door.

Good location.
Comfy beds & pillows.
We were offered early check in.
Very disappointed. The lounges were disgusting -
not acceptable!! Cushions pilling & old. Rug stained, furniture chipped & rusty. Unit not clean enough, needs a good dust - could not see the view out of the dirty windows.
No complimentary toiletries - only 1 roll of toilet paper.
No aircon.
