Perfect for couples or families, "Le Bouquet de Soizic" is ideally located in the small village of Grandjean in Charente-Maritime. This former medieval farmhouse from 1676 invites you to experience over 300 years of history.



Set in a fenced park of over 2,000 m² with direct access to the Bramerit river, the fully renovated 2019 property is spacious, furnished, and uniquely decorated with vintage finds, offering relaxation and a change of scenery.



Step back in time in this beautiful 1676 Charentaise house, where thick stone walls ensure pleasant temperatures year-round.



On the ground floor, you’ll find a kitchen and a large dining room with a play area. A pinball machine and foosball table are also available for an extra charge.



Upstairs, a spacious lounge with TV, two bedrooms, and a bathroom await you.



You’ll receive a warm and attentive welcome.



The gîte is fully equipped and was renovated in 2019. Parties are not allowed, and outside guests are only permitted with prior approval.



Breakfast can be offered for an additional charge.



Cleaning is not included and must be done by guests, or can be arranged for an extra charge.
