Featuring a 2 indoor hot tubs, large indoor pool heated year round, kiddie pool, large outdoor lap pool, water slide pool featuring 2 ADDITIONAL DOUBLE WATER SLIDES, pool table, ping pong, access to 4 pickleball courts, 4 half basketball courts, grass volleyball court, large outdoor chess, and much more! Not to mention this prime location where you can run, ride, bike, side by side, or climb while you explore the Green Valley Gap located in the BLM land just around the corner! Ride your bikes or make the quick drive down to the AMAZING Thunder Junction Tonaquint All Abilities Park (see pics) one of the best parks for kids and adults in the state just a mile away! This home sleeps up to 14 guests between 4 private bedrooms.
Bedroom #1 has a king size bed, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and closet.
Bedroom #2 has a king size bed, smart tv, balcony access, and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and closet.
Bedroom #3 has a king size bed, smart tv, closet space, and balcony access.
Bedroom #4 is furnished with 2 sets of custom made easy access bunk beds, each with a full size bed on top and bottom.
Laundry: Large washer and dryer.
Parking/Storage: Plenty of open parking as well as short term trailer parking for boats, wave runners, side by sides, etc on the property. Also, this unit has a large closet right on the back patio to store your bikes and other toys.
Security: Did you know that many property managers and owners only change their door code every few months?? YIKES! We issue a brand new door code with each guest that is easy to remember (usually last 4 digits of phone number) to make sure that our guests have easy access and are the ONLY ones who can access our unit while staying there for their complete security.

Had a great time staying at The Lofts at Green Valley. Condo was as advertised. Very clean and comfortable for our party of 8. The amenities were great, the pool and hot tub were steps from our back patio and loved having the pickleball courts and the playground for the kids. Our host Aaron was easy to communicate with and the check in process was a breeze. I would highly recommend staying at The Lofts at Green Valley.

The property was awesome. It was super clean, the hot tubs and pool were great, and the owner was super responsive. We’ll stay here again for sure!

This was a wonderful location, close to the locations we needed to be, also the amenities were exactly as described. We had a small issue getting into the house as the door lock had low batteries. We contact Aaron who promptly assisted us in resolving the issue, very professionally and quickly. Thank you for the use of your house.
