The Space:

The apartment is located at the first floor of the building. It is particularly quiet as its windows overlook a square in a quiet street on the back of the building.



Guest Access:

The residence is located opposite the Halles de Béziers.

For an arrival by plane from Béziers Cap d'Agde Airport, a shuttle will take you to Béziers SNCF train station.

For an arrival by train at Béziers train station: the building is a 12-minute walk away. Additionally, a taxi stand is available at the station, with a fare of around ten euros. Whatever mode of transport you choose, feel free to contact us, and we will assist you.

For an arrival by car: for parking, you have 4 options:

The Halles 1 underground car park, 150 meters away, offers short-term packages for 3 and 7 days.

Just below the building, in the Blue Zone, you can park for free for 30-minute sessions. A blue parking disc is required.

20 meters away, in the Yellow Zone, there are paid parking spaces where the first 30 minutes are free each day.



The Neighborhood:

The district of Les Halles and La Madeleine is the most dynamic area in Béziers, with its numerous specialty restaurants, tea rooms, bars, shops, and farmer's markets; you'll have everything in immediate proximity.



The Béziers Tourist Office is just a few steps away. The city, founded in 625 BCE by the Greeks, is rich in history. There are numerous tourist attractions. You can stroll through the alleys of the historic city center and discover notable sites such as the Saint Nazaire Cathedral, the Poets' Garden, the Church of La Madeleine, which was a tragic site during the crusade against the Cathars in 1209, the Place des Trois Six, the Fayet Museum, and the majestic private mansions, many of which date back to the Middle Ages.



You can reach, on foot, by bus, or with the Petit Train, the Nine Locks of Fonséranes, a masterpiece of the Canal du Midi classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

A historic landmark in Béziers, Les Halles hosts 24 independent, local merchants and vendors, offering fresh groceries, vibrant produce, and more. Open Tuesday to Saturday from 8 AM to 11 PM, and Sunday from 8 AM to 5 PM, it’s the perfect spot to shop, have breakfast, dine, or enjoy a coffee!



The Béziers Tourist Office is steps away. Founded in 625 B.C. by the Greeks, the city is steeped in history, offering various tourist attractions. Take a stroll through the narrow streets of the historic city center and explore notable sites such as the Saint-Nazaire Cathedral, the Poets' Garden, the Church of La Madeleine (a tragic site during the Crusade against the Cathars in 1209), the Place des Trois Six, the Fayet Museum, and majestic private residences, many dating back to the Middle Ages.

Bus lines 5 and 7, located 20 meters away, connect to the train station in just 5 minutes. It's convenient to reach the sandy beach of Valras Plage by bus, especially during the summer when parking near the beaches can be challenging.

You can reach the Nine Locks of Fonséranes a masterpiece of the UNESCO-listed Canal du Midi on foot, by bus, or with the "Petit Train" sightseeing train, which stops a few meters away from this residence.



The underground parking at Halles 1 is 150 meters away and offers parking packages for 3 days and 7 days for short stays.



Finally, we have a travel cot available for your young loved one and we will be happy to make it available for your use during your stay.
