Set on its own private peninsula atop a flat grassy knoll, this home is perfect for families and friends to gather while enjoying panoramic water views. Just minutes from Florence’s best restaurants, shopping, and attractions, fun and comfort await!
Step inside through the back door into the kitchen, open to the living room, creating a central gathering space. To the right of the kitchen, you’ll find the dining room and a dedicated game room with ping-pong, basketball, and corn-hole, perfect for entertaining all ages.
To the left, a hallway leads to the bedrooms:
First bedroom on the right: Two queen-size beds + triple bunk bed; bathroom across the hall
Second bedroom on the right: Two queen-size beds facing each other; private bathroom inside bedroom
Primary bedroom at the end of hallway (left): King bed + private en-suite bathroom
