Welcome to The Hotel Avondale!
You can check in any time you want, but you can never... check out late because we have people checking in right after you ;)

* Walk 1 block to Avondale Park, Public Library & THE hippest hipstery restaurants, bars & concert venues in all of Birmingham.
* Fire pit, BBQ & outdoor dining awesomeness.

Just 2 blocks from some of the best restaurants and entertainment in Birmingham, this home is tucked away in one of the hippest neighborhoods in town.
Neighborhood is great for walking, biking and driving.
****NO PARTIES ALLOWED*** $1500 fine plus damages, as well as immediate removal if policy is violated.
-Absolutely NO SMOKING allowed.
-No glitter/confetti allowed.
-Checkout procedures must be followed or guest will be charged an additional $100 fee.

Loved the property! It was very unique and fun. There were plenty of amenities, and the host was awesome! Nice neighborhood with several restaurants withing walking distance.

I loved everything about this home, but to whoever did the interior decorating.. you did an amazing job. The Bus was the icing on the cake. The host was very nice and easy to reach( if needed). 10/10 for me
