Now offering 1 night stays! Located in Geneva-On-The-Lake, Ohio`s oldest Resort Town with lots of history and unique attractions! Walk to Lake Erie and the famous `Strip`.
This 1950’s motor lodge is being re-vamped and re-imagined into Geneva-On-The-Lakes first self check-in themed Boutique motel, where every room is a unique experience!
Suite #5 - Coastal Escape
Coastal Escape #5 is airy and relaxing and has a spacious kitchenette, dinette space and separate bedroom.

-WiFi/Smart TV (Log In to your own Accts.)
-Private Entry w/keyless lock for self check in
-Patio with a bench and side table
-Queen Memory Foam Bed
-Kitchenette with refrigerator and freezer, microwave, full size sink, drip style coffee pot & toaster
-Dinette space for 2
-Basic Kitchen Utensils, dinnerware, silverware, grilling tools
-Bath towels and washcloths
-Complimentary toiletries
-A roll of paper towels and toilet paper for your stay is provided
-Dish Soap and sponge
There is a shared common area with two picnic tables, firepit and chairs and two charcoal grills (bring your own firewood and charcoal)
We do not provide cleaning or maid service during your stay. If you are staying 5 days or more, mid stay cleaning is required at an additional cost.
Our property is the perfect place to stay with family and friends. Rent all of our motel rooms (7 total) & our on-site cottage to accommodate a total of 23 guests. You get your own privacy when you want it and can gather at the shared community space with a fire pit, 2 charcoal grills and picnic tables.

This is a non smoking, no pet facility. There is parking for one vehicle only
- Min Age to rent is 21
- Quiet hours 11pm-8am
-Only 1 car is permitted in motel parking lot per motel room as marked except #6, 4 & the cottage, there are 2 spaces.
-No additional guests are permitted on motel property
-If you need anything during your stay, please contact us through the method you made your reservation. Multiple people monitor those messages and are able to respond quicker. You may also call at 440.361.3538
LOST AND FOUND - A $30.00 fee, plus packing and shipping costs, applies to any Lost and Found items that requested to return to Guests. Items not claimed within seven days of departure will be disposed of at the discretion of Owners.

The room was great! It was exactly as described and within walking distance of the strip! Check in and check out were seamless and the host was very responsive to any messages we needed to send. The only thing we had difficulty with was parking because the parking spot for the unit did not drain from recent rain (water was about half way up our shoes), but the host allowed us to park in another area of the park lot that was unmarked with no issue.
