Stepping inside, you enter an open-plan space framed by massive glass doors that reveal uninterrupted sea views. The living room features a large, cozy sofa and SMART TV, while the fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances and an indoor dining area ideal for gathering. The interiors blend contemporary design with dark oak accents and natural textures, creating a refined yet welcoming atmosphere.

Accommodation is thoughtfully arranged for privacy:

• Ground Floor: 2 bedrooms (queen beds), 2 en-suite bathrooms + 1 shared bathroom.

• First Floor: 3 bedrooms (2 with queen beds), all with en-suite bathrooms and private balconies overlooking the sea or mountains.

Every bedroom is designed for total comfort, featuring quality mattresses, soft linens, and elegant décor.

The exterior is the heart of Villa Thealon—expansive, private, and built around a stunning 150m² infinity pool with panoramic views over Kissamos Bay. The terrace includes 2 double and 10 single sunbeds, shaded lounges, an outdoor dining table with seating, and a charcoal BBQ for al fresco meals. The landscaped garden, filled with palm trees and local plants, creates a serene atmosphere ideal for relaxing, dining, or enjoying the sunset. Balconies and terraces throughout the villa offer additional quiet corners for morning coffee or evening wine.

Kissamos is a small coastal town in western Crete with a relaxed, authentic atmosphere. The seafront has cafés, tavernas, and a long beach where visitors can enjoy calm waters and local food. Everything you need—supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, and shops—is within walking distance. Kissamos is also one of the best bases for exploring the region: Falasarna Beach is 15–20 minutes away, Balos can be reached by boat from the local port, and Elafonissi is about a 1-hour drive. The town is quiet but convenient, offering a comfortable stay close to Crete’s most famous beaches.
