Would definitely recommend. Beautiful Villa with great views overlooking the sea. We stayed here for family holiday - 7 adults and two I year old children. The outdoor pool area was ideal and the paddling pool partition was perfect for the babies. Good location not far from supermarket and restaurants.
Michalis was an exceptional host nothing too much trouble and was always available to help and answer any questions and recommendations for restaurants etc.

Een geweldige en fraai gelegen moderne villa. Met een fors verwarmd zwembad en een prachtig uitzicht over Kissamos stad en de baai. Mooi aangelegde en goed onderhouden tuin met voldoende meubilair en een fantastische BBQ-plek.
We verbleven er een week met ons gezin en kleinkinderen: Acht volwassenen, twee baby’s en een peuter. Meer dan voldoende ruimte. Alle vijf slaapkamers zijn net als het gehele interieur strak en schoon. Vier hebben een eigen badkamer. De vijfde kamer op de begane grond heeft een aparte losse badkamer ernaast. Alle bieden een fijn uitzicht naar buiten.
Bij aankomst zijn we hartelijk verwelkomt door onze zeer attente en behulpzame gastheer Michalis. Gedurende de week schoot hij direct meerdere malen te hulp als er iets ontbrak (extra dekens of handdoeken) of als er iets niet helemaal duidelijk was. Altijd bereikbaar, vriendelijk en attent.
Kissamos voelt als is een klein stadje typisch Grieks. Geen uitgesproken toeristenplek. We verbleven er begin mei. Wellicht dat de sfeer in de zomer iets anders is. Er is één grote supermarkt met een zeer uitgebreid aanbod en voldoende parkeerruimte. En met een voor Nederlandse begrippen vriendelijk prijsniveau. Verder zijn er enkele taverna’s met name aan het strand en een flink aantal kleinere (levensmiddelen)shops in de hoofdstraat.
Onze kinderen hadden voor een van de avonden een private chef met bediening geregeld van “Private Chef Life” uit Chania. In overleg wordt vooraf het menu samengesteld en uiteindelijk terplekke bereid. Feestelijk en heerlijk. Alles is na afloop door hun keurig opgeruimd en schoon achtergelaten. Wat wil je nog meer ?
We zullen ons verblijf in Villa Emila niet snel vergeten. En denken er met veel plezier aan terug.
Het enige minpuntje was wellicht de relatief eenvoudige audio-installatie. En om goed gebruik te kunnen maken van de moderne grote TV is een Chromecast eigenlijk een vereiste. Puur hypothetisch, want wie gaat er nou binnen zitten voor de TV op zo’n fenomenale locatie ?

The first pleasant impression was left by the owner of the villa, Michalis. He was always in touch and helped us in resolving all issues. It was one of the most beautiful villas we have ever lived in. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay, and it also served as a place for us to celebrate our small family holiday. Every evening you could watch beautiful sunsets, the view from the villa is simply amazing. We were not entirely lucky with the weather, but a big plus was that we were able to use the additional service of pool heating. With pleasure we will recommend this place to our friends and acquaintances, and I hope we will definitely come back here too. It was an unforgettable vacation. Thanks Michalis!
I would recommend making small improvements. They did not spoil the overall impression in any way, but I think they will help improve the quality of living. The dishwasher needs to be repaired or replaced, as it did not perform its functions qualitatively. And also from the little things, there was not enough dressing table and a large mirror in the room on the top floor.
