This charming 3-bedroom house is located in the beautiful village of Miloniana, a peaceful and green area just a short drive from the city of Chania. Surrounded by olive groves and with open views to the nearby mountains, the house offers a quiet and relaxing setting, ideal for families or small groups seeking a slower pace close to nature.

The house features a warm and functional layout. The living room and dining area are open and bright, with large windows that let in the natural light and offer a view of the garden and the landscape beyond. The kitchen is fully equipped for everyday use, connected directly to the main living space.

There are three comfortable bedrooms, each with storage space and natural light, making it suitable for both short stays and longer visits.

2 Bedrooms have double beds, while the 3rd one has a single bed.

In case you are 6 people, the 6th one will sleep in an added portable single bed.

The bathroom is simple and functional, located centrally for easy access from all rooms.

Outside, the house is surrounded by a private garden with trees and outdoor balcony, ideal for enjoying a morning coffee, reading a book in the shade, or having a quiet evening under the stars. The atmosphere is calm, with little traffic and the gentle sounds of the countryside all around.

Miloniana is a small traditional village that offers an authentic Cretan experience. It’s well-positioned for exploring the surrounding nature, walking trails, and small local tavernas, while still being close enough to Chania (around 20–25 minutes by car) for day trips, beaches, and cultural outings.

This home is ideal for travelers looking to stay in a peaceful, natural environment, away from crowds, while enjoying the comfort of a well-kept family house.

The guests have unconstrained access to the whole property.
