The rating of OK was based primarily on the fact that the property is dated. Overall, it is a good size for a family and was adequate for a few nights. The best description I can give is groovy. The only issues we ran into was the washing machine worked, but did not clean out clothes real well. The fact that there is only one air conditioner in the main bedroom was an issue for us, as it was warm during the day. It took a while to cool down at night. It would have been ok, except one of the neighbors decided to smoke for a while every evening and we had to keep most of the windows shut. If you keep your house in the upper 70’s - you will be fine. We are used to having a very cool house - we keep ours at 72 during the day and mid to low 60’s at night. If you are going from May- October 2026 and want to go to Grand Teton National Park, just know the fast road to get there has been closed down, so you have to route around through Jackson, making the drive much longer. Not a killer- just increases drive time each way by 30 minutes. This review is not as much of a negative as a “know what you are getting” review.
