Spend a peaceful break in this practical holiday home in the countryside.
In this house, you will stay in a spacious room with high ceilings, the centrepiece of which is a pool table, creating a relaxed, sociable atmosphere. The furnishings are deliberately kept simple, complemented by lovely details such as old railway station windows and historic doors, which give the room a special character. Large window fronts let in plenty of light and provide a view of the surrounding countryside - ideal for anyone who appreciates peace and quiet and is looking for an uncomplicated retreat.
Start the day with a morning coffee outside and listen to the birdsong. Have breakfast in peace and quiet and sit back with a good book while the children play in the garden. End the day with a cosy barbecue and a glass of wine.
Go for wonderful walks and hikes through the dense forests and along numerous lakes. Visit the Smålandet Markaryds Älgsafari safari park where, with a bit of luck, you can see moose, bison and other wild animals - a real highlight for families and nature lovers. If you're in the mood for culture and history, you can take a look at the old church in the town of Knäred and visit the historic peace stone.
