Fantastic house on the lake with 2 floors is suitable for max. 10 people (e.g. 6 adults / 4 children plus 2 x baby / toddler) and is approx. 171 sqm 60 sqm usable area, 3 bedrooms with double bed (plus 1x baby bed), 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds (bunk beds plus 1 Baby bed), 1 bathroom / ground floor with tub / shower / toilet, 2 sinks; 1 Sweden bath / upper floor shower / toilet with separate sauna; Fireplace (wood incl.), Laundry room with washing machine, dryer; Pool table. A complete kitchen with (2x fridge / 1x freezer, oven, coffee machine, Nespresso machine, dishwasher) as well as a large dining table, sitting area, 2 flat screen TVs, satellite TV (German and internal. Programs), 2x radio-CD / 1x with ipod station, DVD, internet, terrace with garden furniture and barbecue facilities, 3,500 hectares of partially forested natural property at the water protection area with children's play house, at the lake, fishing with boat for rent, swimming and much more. The house has its own well and is heated by geothermal energy. Particularly suitable for groups or large families as well as for allergy sufferers as well as for the disabled. For dogs: large enclosed garden (approx. 300 sqm)!

Everything was fine, enough rooms and enough place for all people. A big backyard and a chimney, everything you need was available. Wonderful vicinity and a small town with a food store was near.

Schönes großzügiges Objekt. Wir haben jeden Abend Billard gespielt. Im Haus ist das Mobiliar in die Jahre gekommen, besonders die Rattanmöbel. Auch die Sauna haben wir sehr genossen. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Vom Haus aus benötigt man mit dem Fahrrad ca. 10 Minuten zum Badeplatz, auch dort waren wir jeden Tag. Der Spaziergang dort hin dauert eher 30-40 Minuten. Viele schöne Tagesausflüge waren möglich zum Strand oder in die Stadt. Vom Haus aus ist man sofort in der Natur.

Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt, welchen wir in der Villa Grönö geniessen durften. Es hat alles prima geklappt und war alles gemäss Fotos und Beschreibung vorhanden. Auch die Küche war bestens mit Geräten und Geschirr ausgerüstet.

Küchenausstattung sehr großzügig. Viel Platz im Haus. Stauseenähe mit guter Badestelle. Autobahn bei Windrichtung aufs Haus deutlich zu hören.
