Your two-story vacation rental includes: Ground floor: Living room with fitted kitchenette, small bathroom (shower, toilet, and sink) Upstairs: 1 large attic bedroom (1 double bed) - Pets are not allowed. Washing machine available in the owners' laundry room. Outside: 10 m² terrace. Large enclosed 1,200 m² plot, shared with the owners' second home, who are rarely present when the gîte is occupied. The plot has been awarded the Regain-Biodiversité label, which is currently being approved. Parking space. In the heart of a gated property, An Dizalc'h welcomes you all year round in a relaxing environment. Lovers of nature and the natural, Laurence and Frédéric let the garden vegetation live according to the seasons, without pesticides or weedkillers, spacing out mowing to respect the fauna and flora. At the back of the house, a private plot regularly welcomes two friendly ponies: Moka and Né si tard. You will also appreciate this address for its location: a stone's throw from the Cliffs circuit! If you like hiking, it's ideal because the GR 34 is very close by: you will discover the oyster beds of Port Lazo, the Pointe de Bilfrot and magnificent viewpoints all the way to Bréhec beach (3 km), a guaranteed change of scenery! You can easily reach the sea, on foot, by bike or by car. You will find all the shops and a few restaurants in the village of Plouézec 1.5 km away. Paimpol and its pretty marina are 7 km away and the pier for Bréhat is 12 km away.
