Superb apartment of 52 m², with 5m² of balcony, south-east exposure, magnificent view of the sea and the most beautiful beach of Perros-Guirec, Trestraou.
Located in a small, very quiet residence of 12 apartments, you will be 100m walk from the beach, shops, restaurants and crêperies, cinema, mini-golf, tennis, pier for the 7 islands and Bréhat, sailing school and Thalasso. For hikers, departure from the customs path at 50 m.

Very efficient property with wonderful views and fantastic access to a perfect beach. It would be great if the owners created a safe box for the key (the only improvement I can think of). Thanks for a lovely holiday

Very nice apartment, very well equipped, with an incredible view over the bay and its beach. Only 3 minutes walking distance from the beach and from the starting point of the famous customs trail along the Côte de Granit Rose. The host speaks perfect English.

Great place to relax Even with changeable weather we had breakfast on the balcony and spent much time there. The rest of our time was two days on the Customs trail. We enjoyed the time off our bikes in the middle of a 6 week tour. Nice safe place to store our bikes.

An elegant,stylish apartment with a stunning view of the nearby beach from the balcony. We spent a delightful four nights in Perros Guirec and the apartment was ideally situated for walking along the Pink Granite Coast and was only a 100 yards from the beach and the start of the sentier des douaniers. Good parking too and a peaceful spot. Could live there!

Le logement correspond exactement à la description de l'annonce. Vue magnifique sur la plage de Trestraou. Logement propre, bien équipé, literie et électroménager de qualité. Très bien situé, proche du sentier des douaniers, de la plage... Très belle région à découvrir. La propriétaire est très arrangeante et de bons conseils. PS : quelques pastilles pour le lave vaisselle et un gel de douche serait un petit plus.

Bel appartement, idéalement situé à quelques mètres à pied de la plage de trestraou, et du GR34 Seul petit bémol, l’absence de parking privatif, le stationnement pouvant être un peu compliqué les jours de beau temps du fait de la proximité de la plage Sinon rien à redire !!!

L'hôtesse, très accueillante, est soucieuse de satisfaire les locataires. Cela se traduit par un appartement impeccable, un équipement tout confort et une décoration très soignée, comme si on était chez soi. De plus, la grande baie vitrée et la terrasse permettent d'avoir une vue magnifique sur la baie, la plage et la mer. Merci à l'hôtesse pour nous avoir permis de passer un excellent séjour.

Accueil impeccable de la propriétaire qui est est très disponible et facilitante, elle a eu la gentillesse de nous amener en voiture sur plusieurs sites. Appartement propre avec belle vue sur la mer. Un peu éloigné des commerces alimentaires (1km pour une épicerie fine et le centre ville à 30 bonnes minutes à pied avec dénivelé). Les restaurants sont assez proches mais en contrebas d'une pente raide accessible seulement quand on marche bien. Très belle ville, avec des promenades magnifiques. On reviendra !

Hôtes disponibles et très agréables. Logement d'une propreté exceptionnelle (10/10), et tout ce qu'il faut en linges et ustensiles. Cerise sur le gâteau la grande baie vitrée permettant une vue dégagée sur la plage... reposant et ressourçant. A deux pas de la plage et du front de mer et prêt de tout (centre ville à 5min et ploumanac à 5min également). A refaire sans aucune hésitation.

A la fois proche de la plage , du sentier des douaniers, cet appartement offre une vue superbe sur la plage de pérros guirrec. Depuis le séjour ou du balcon vous pourrez entendre le bruit des vagues . Il est à note que le balcon est ensoleillé du matin au milieu de l après midi et très bien abrité. Arrange avec goût tout en étant très fonctionnel l appartement offre entre autre une pièce à vivre très agréable. Un joli bouquet de fleurs et quelques crêpes nous attendaient à notre arrivée , témoignant de la bonne attention de la propriétaire de rendre notre séjour le plus agréable possible. Une location que je recommande vivement.

Wir haben eine Woche im Appartement gewohnt und waren sehr zufrieden. Die Aussicht auf das Meer von der Wohnung aus hat uns gleich überzeugt. Die Wohnung hatte alles was man brauchte und war gut ausgestattet. Auch mit zwei älteren Teenagern war die Wohnung groß genug für eine Woche. Beste Lage für Strandbesuche und Ausflüge im Norden der Bretagne. Sehr freundliche Vermieter.
