About this house rental
Located on the heights of the sandy beach of Perros Guirec "Trestraou", water activities and shops within walking distance (less than 1 Km), in a quiet and residential area,
we offer a holiday house completely renovated in 2015 of about 100 sqm furnished in a spirit "LOFT", bright and pleasant to live including:
a large living room (LED TV - Baby foot) opening onto a beautiful wooden terrace facing south / west
a fully equipped American kitchen (dishwasher, induction hob, fridge-freezer, range hood, combined microwave)
two bedrooms (two beds of 140 and a sofa bed) with private bathrooms (large shower and vanity unit)

laundry with Mal
SPA 5 pers with access bathroom in the summer cellar
A garden of about 200 m² closed by a gate, location car
Two terraces facing South and South West with garden furniture (tables and 6 chairs, two loungers, a rattan bench with coffee table)

Underfloor heating with heat pump and radiator in the bathrooms
Thermodynamic water heater
Lighting managed by home automation
Rental all year, only weekly and fortnight in July / August.
