About this house rental

Located on the heights of the sandy beach of Perros Guirec "Trestraou", water activities and shops within walking distance (less than 1 Km), in a quiet and residential area,
we offer a holiday house completely renovated in 2015 of about 100 sqm furnished in a spirit "LOFT", bright and pleasant to live including:
a large living room (LED TV - Baby foot) opening onto a beautiful wooden terrace facing south / west
a fully equipped American kitchen (dishwasher, induction hob, fridge-freezer, range hood, combined microwave)
two bedrooms (two beds of 140 and a sofa bed) with private bathrooms (large shower and vanity unit)
Wc with washbasin
laundry with Mal
SPA 5 pers with access bathroom in the summer cellar
A garden of about 200 m² closed by a gate, location car
Two terraces facing South and South West with garden furniture (tables and 6 chairs, two loungers, a rattan bench with coffee table)
Charcoal and electric barbecue
Darts in the summer cellar
Underfloor heating with heat pump and radiator in the bathrooms
Thermodynamic water heater
Lighting managed by home automation

Rental all year, only weekly and fortnight in July / August.

Relaxing family break

My wife, 2 year old daughter and I all had a fantastic week at the bungalow in Perros Guirec. The open plan living space and garden were perfect for us and safe for our little one to play in, and the spa was a great way to relax after days out at the fantastic nearby beaches, zoos and gardens. Thank you to Laurence also for you help and making us feel very welcome.

Schönes, geräumiges Familienhaus

Das Haus war sehr schön und sauber. Die Möbel sehr gepflegt und die Betten bequem. Es hat nichts gefehlt, die Küchenausstattung war umfangreich. Besonders der Kicker und die Dartscheibe wurden ausreichend genutzt, somit konnte man sich auch bei schlechtem Wetter gut beschäftigen. Wir können empfehlen das Haus gerne weiter.

Maison très agréable et très propre à 900m de la plage et de tous commerces. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le jacuzzi et le baby-foot ! La literie était aussi de très bonne qualité. Nous avons aussi adoré la région qui est vraiment magnifique ! Signé : une famille de 2 adultes et 2 enfants de 7-10 ans.

La maison est bien placée dans Perros Guirec. Quartier résidentiel calme. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en février avec nos 2 garçons de 10 et 13 ans. Nous avons apprécié le jacuzzi pour se détendre le soir, les parties de baby foot et les attentions laissées par la propriétaire à notre arrivée. Nous recommandons.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en Bretagne sous le soleil dans cette maison qui est très agréable, très propre et très bien située Nous avons fait beaucoup de chose à pied (la plage, les restaurants le soir, le sentier des douaniers) Le jacuzzi est vraiment un plus Merci aux propriétaires pour les petites attentions à notre arrivée et encore merci de nous avoir permis de visiter cette magnifique région Mr et Mme JEANNE

Très jolie maison spacieuse au calme avec tout ce qu'il faut. Le jaccuzzi est très agréable. Chemins de randonnées et plage sont à proximité. Merci à la propriétaire pour les petits cadeaux à l'arrivée. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Familie mit zwei Kindern (9 & 12), 2 Wochen August / September 2017 Haus mit äußerst großzügigem Koch-/Ess-/Wohnraum in neuwertigem Zustand, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Gut ausgestattete und wertige Küche, aber ohne Backofen. Trotz entsprechender Objektbeschreibung und Fotos folgende Hinweise: Die beiden 190 cm langen französischen Betten haben hohe Fußenden, das macht es für größere Personen etwas eng. Jeder der beiden Schlafräume hat einen offenen Duschbadbereich, jeweils ohne WC. Es gibt 1 WC. Wir hatten eine sehr gute Zeit in diesem Haus und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Und das Beste ist der Kontakt vor Ort: Die wunderbar fröhliche und unkomplizierte Laurence begrüßte uns mit einer solchen Warmherzigkeit, dass wir uns vom ersten Moment an willkommen und zuhause fühlten.

Der Strand ist in ca. 10 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Perros-Guirec eignet sich sehr gut als Ausgangspunkt für viele schöne Ausflüge. Wir bedanken uns bei Frau Morellec für den schönen Aufenthalt und den netten Kontakt.

Très bon séjour dans une belle maison

Très belle maison moderne et confortable, bien située, pas trop loin de la grande plage, où nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous pendant 3 semaines. Après de longues promenades, le Spa est plus qu'agréable. Un grand merci à Mme Morellec pour ses petits cadeaux locaux. Nous reviendrons sûrement ! M. et Mme ERDMANN.

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine avec nos 2 enfants de 5 ans et 17 mois. La maison est très confortable, au calme et très proche de la magnifique plage de Trestraou et du sentier des douaniers où nous avons fait de superbes ballades inoubliables. Un grand merci à Mme Morellec pour le prêt du matériel bébé, des petits cadeaux locaux et surtout pour sa gentillesse et tous ses bons conseils. C'est certain nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. D. Nous avons passé avec nos deux enfants (10 et 12 ans) un super séjour dans une très belle région, et surtout dans une super maison moderne, très propre et confortable. La maison est vraiment fidèle aux photos. Accueil très chaleureux et agréable. Vraiment top!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
