Three large bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms across 2,400 square feet — two of the bedrooms have attached bathrooms for easy mornings. The kitchen opens to the patio and its private hot tub. The garage's oversized mudroom swallows ski and snowboard gear. High-speed Wi-Fi, smart TVs, and a washer and dryer throughout.
Guest Access:
Full access to the entire townhouse, the patio with its private hot tub and hangout area, and the attached garage. Great room and kitchen host gatherings of up to 8 — snowfall getaways, golf weekends, scenic hikes, and lake days all work from here.
The Neighborhood:
The Peaks at Wolf Creek Resort: elevated, quiet, and wrapped in mountain views. Snowbasin (an Olympic venue) is about 20 minutes, Powder Mountain about 10 — the ski shuttle stops right by the condo — Nordic Valley about 10 for families and beginners, Wolf Creek Golf Course about 2, and Pineview Reservoir and Huntsville boating about 10. Historic Ogden is about 25 minutes; Salt Lake City International Airport about 60.
Getting Around:
Ten minutes to Powder Mountain, twenty to Snowbasin, about an hour to Park City and the Cottonwood Canyons. Trails start right outside the back door; the marina at Pineview is about 7 minutes. A car is recommended.

Check-in 4:00 PM, check-out 11:00 AM. Please take trash to the dumpsters daily and run the dishwasher before leaving. Free parking on the premises. No parties or events; no smoking anywhere on the property; quiet hours may apply. Outdoors: BBQ grill, outdoor seating, and the private hot tub. Nearby: golf at Wolf Creek, boating and fishing at Pineview, mountain biking on local trails.
