The Space:
The main floor is open-concept: a fully equipped kitchen (gas range, blender, quality cookware) flowing into a living area gathered around the indoor fireplace. Upstairs, three private bedrooms with comfortable bedding. The lower level adds a second living area with a queen pull-out sofa — room to spread out without tripping over each other. High-speed fiber internet, smart TVs, and an in-unit washer and dryer. A private patio with a gas grill extends the living space outdoors.
Guest Access:
Full private access to the entire 1,800 sq ft townhouse via its own entrance: living areas, kitchen, private patio with gas grill, dedicated laundry, and free parking. Mountain views from the living spaces.
The Neighborhood:
The Villages puts you in the middle of Eden's action — a quiet home base with the valley's trailheads, fairways, and shoreline all close. Powder Mountain is about 10 minutes, Snowbasin about 20, Wolf Creek Golf Course about 2, Pineview Reservoir and Huntsville about 10. Nordic Valley is about 10; downtown Ogden about 25.
Getting Around:
A car is the move here; driveway parking fits one full-size car. The setting is quiet and private but central — most of the valley's best days start within a 20-minute drive. Salt Lake City International Airport is about an hour away.

Check-in 4:00 PM, check-out 11:00 AM. Please take trash to the dumpsters daily and run the dishwasher before leaving. No parties or events; no smoking anywhere on the property; quiet hours may apply.
