5BR Chesapeake Waterfront Estate with Private Dock

By This property exceeded our expectations! The location was amazing and right on the water. We loved the open concept of the upstairs and huge windows that overlooked the water. The bedrooms were beautifully appointed and bathrooms were awesome and stocked with towels, shampoo/conditioner and hand soaps. The kitchen had everything we needed (soap, trash bags, plenty of plates/silverware etc). Any appliance we needed, they had…. And the coffee bar?!! So great! Having a game room downstairs and lots of access to the outside was great! Oh, there was plenty of parking too. Our group made use of the water floats, kayaks and SUP boards. This house had everything and it felt like an Outter Banks house on the Bay. We will stay here again. The host was very proactive and had great communication with us. We vacation in the area every April and this is now the house we want to stay at each visit.

We booked a last-minute getaway for our family of five plus grandparents and couldn’t have chosen a better home. The house sits right on the bay with beautiful, peaceful views, and the bright, homey feel made it instantly comfortable.There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out, with an open-concept main living area, multiple bedrooms, comfortable beds, and a very well-stocked kitchen. The game room downstairs was a big hit! Although winter weather (and unexpected snow) kept us from enjoying the firepit and outdoor spaces, we can already tell this would be an amazing place to stay in warmer months.There were many great restaurants just a few minutes away and we spent way too much time comparing menus, so we definitely need to return to try them all!The host was extremely helpful, responsive, and gracious about our last-minute booking. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.
