Take in the expansive and panoramic views from Carpenters Point, where the mouth of the Susquehanna and North East Rivers meet at the Upper Chesapeake Bay. Home is tucked away on 1.3 partially wooded acres over-looking the water.
This rare find has everything you need to enjoy the property to the fullest. From the fully equipped kitchen to the many bonus extras. There is so much to do here right on the property. We have fun water toys, land games, board games, and amazing waterfront views. This 5 bedroom/ 3 bathroom ranch style house has expansive, panoramic views of the water and is situated on a ridge overlooking a private beach that is all yours to enjoy exploring. We offer a great place for family vacations, group retreats, travel team tournaments, or weekend getaways. Come make some great memories with us!
Kitchen-Has everything to prepare and serve a meal for 16 people. Including a drip and K-cup coffee maker, kettle, crockpot, griddle, Toaster/ Airfryer combo, pots, pans, plates , dishes, utencils, infant and toddler set
Main floor-Enter through the front door, into the kitchen/dinning/family room combo. Down the hall and to the left is a hall bathroom and 3 bedrooms (2 with king-size beds, 1 full size) including the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. All furnishings and decor are new and comfortable with a coastal vibe.
Downstairs-Has another comfortable family/recreation/game room, bathroom and laundry room combo, and 2 more large bedrooms including built in bunk beds (2 full, 2 twins) and a double bunk (2 full).
Water-There is a mooring for your boat, we are close to local marinas. We have a floating lilypad, kayaks and life vests (which must be worn by anyone using the kayaks). There is a decent amount of boat traffic that kayakers must be aware of for safety purposes.
Outside-there is a comfortable screened in deck, open air deck, gas grill, hot tub, fire pit, outdoor shower, all with amazing views of the water.
Surrounding Area-We are close to marinas, public boat ramps, restaurants, shops, and I-95 we are tucked away on a quiet street in a tranquil neighborhood but are close to all the modern amenities/ conveniences.

When I had questions, our host responded in a very timely manner and was very friendly and helpful. The house was extremely clean and beautifully decorated. The views out the windows of the Bay were awesome!

Had a great stay here over Thanksgiving with a group of friends. Loved the open concept and the kitchen was great to cook in. Had great views of the bay with multiple bald eagle sightings. Would definitely recommend it.

We had a wonderful reunion/women's retreat weekend! The house gave us plenty of room to spread out and all gather around the large table for family style meals. We enjoyed the beautiful views over the water and the autumn colors of the trees while enjoying the hot tub or sitting around the fire pit; something for everyone! The hosts were helpful and responded quickly to our questions. Thanks for a lovely stay.
