About this house rental
Fantastic oceanfront with sunrise and sunset views. Easy direct beach access. Private salt water pool and elevator. All rentals include towels and bed linens and beds are made prior to arrival. Note: pool can be heated for $700 for the week.
Located in Atlantic Beach circle in the Ocean Grove community. This 5 bedroom oceanfront home has 4-1/2 bathrooms and elevator access to all floors. This home is guaranteed to fulfill the vacation of your dreams.
There’s a private in ground pool Oceanside just steps to the beach. There are beach loungers around the pool area and beach chairs you can use to take to the beach. Beach towels are provided as well. The outdoor hot and cold shower is a convenient place to wash off the sand after a day on the beach, making this a perfect escape for the whole family.
Ground level: garage allowing two cars parked in tandem. An extra refrigerator is available to store groceries. The elevator is accessible on this level allowing easy access to residents with limited mobility. Beach chairs are stored on this level.
Level one: bedroom #1 is a master suite with a queen bed and private bath. Bedroom #2 and bedroom #3 have a twin over full size bunk beds and a shared full bath. Both bedrooms #2 and #3 have a covered oceanfront deck.
Level two: the open living room and kitchen have to separate dining areas that flow beautifully making entertaining a breeze. The light and airy decor create a relaxing space, accented with large windows and covered oceanfront deck access that allows easy mixing and mingling in and outside of the home. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a working island and breakfast bar with plenty of counter space and comfy stools.
Level three: bedroom #4 has a king bed and full private bath with oceanfront covered deck. Bedroom #5 has queen bed with private full bath.
All bedrooms have smart tv’s with cable.

Rents weekly from Saturday to Saturday during peak season.

My family and I loved this house. The location was excellent: there are several restaurants within walking distance, the pool, the beach, we couldn’t ask for a better spot. The view from each balcony was great! Everything was clean and since it was Mother’s Day weekend, the hosts even left us a basket of little treats and “Best Mom Ever” mugs. It was a great stay.

What a great property. Nicely kept up and well stocked with necessities. Would definitely recommend and would love to return. A hot tub would be a nice addition.

Everything was perfect our host was great very friendly and helpful with everything. The home was beautiful! Very clean and comfortable.
