Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located College Park duplex. Nicely nestled next to lake Fairview, college park and winter park. You have access to i-4 just minutes away or drive 3 min over to college park and winter park for plenty of restaurants, bars and beautiful parks for the entire family to enjoy.

Heading south from our Duplex you`ll find plenty of shops and restaurants in the heart of college park. If winter park is your destination, both Lee road and Fairbanks are just blocks away.
The property is in a residential area so please respectfully observe quiet hours

โ ๏ธ - If you utilize any BIKE SHARE/SCOOTERS like Byrd or Limebike, please ensure the bikes are NOT parked in front of the property. Failure to do so may result in fine
๐จ - Mail. Please do not send mail or amazon packages to the property. We cannot be responsible for lost or damaged items due to weather or any other general loss issue
