Fully remodeled townhouse, 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, all the rooms upstairs one Fulton downstairs in leaving room. My name is Ann Nguyen. I have been in Real estate business for over 15+ years and I has Insurance License. I am vegetarian and practice Buddhism chanting Namo AMITABHA š. I respect all living beings. The property next to Baldwin Lake and downtown Baldwin park you can walk to grocery and all the restaurants. Convenient location waking distance. Good for running biking and walking around the Lake. It takes about 12-15 minutes to downtown Orlando about 30 minutes to Disney world, sea world and universal studio. This is a nice quiet neighborhood. Hope you will find peace and happy at my place. This is in a great location, you can just walk right over two the two main trails and enjoy the lake or stores nearby. The townhome was also clean and had a nice layout.The owners were very responsive and helpful, contacting us proactively to try and help out when needed.

Ann was a wonderful host. It was easy to communicate with her with any questions. The home was clean and very well maintained. Itās located in a great area and was actually walking distance to my sonās place. I would definitely rebook with her.

The house was just outside of a nice neighborhood and had the perfect amount of space. Our only issue with this space was that we found roaches on the counter and on furniture.
