Fully remodeled townhouse, 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, all the rooms upstairs one Fulton downstairs in leaving room. My name is Ann Nguyen. I have been in Real estate business for over 15+ years and I has Insurance License. I am vegetarian and practice Buddhism chanting Namo AMITABHA 🙏. I respect all living beings. The property next to Baldwin Lake and downtown Baldwin park you can walk to grocery and all the restaurants. Convenient location waking distance. Good for running biking and walking around the Lake. It takes about 12-15 minutes to downtown Orlando about 30 minutes to Disney world, sea world and universal studio. This is a nice quiet neighborhood. Hope you will find peace and happy at my place. The house is very clean and well appointed! I would have given this property a 5 but the surrounding neighborhood is a bit sketchy. We came in through an area I did not feel comfortable walking through. With that said the other side of the neighborhood is very nice.

This was an absolute gem of a find. My Massachusetts family was able to visit my brother's family in Baldwin Park and this house made it such a wonderful trip! The host was extremely communicative, and always asking if we needed anything. The house was super CLEAN. And it had many small appliances that we did not have to pack. I give it an A

Great location. The home is at the end of a quiet, dead end street. You can literally walk out the front door and be on the Cady Trail, or walk into quaint Baldwin Village and the Baldwin Lake loop trail. Roughly 30 -40 mins to the Disney Parks.House has plenty of room with 3 beds, 3 baths and w/d

The house was just outside of a nice neighborhood and had the perfect amount of space. Our only issue with this space was that we found roaches on the counter and on furniture.
