Enjoy complete privacy throughout the home, from the bright, open living areas to the fully equipped kitchen and remodeled bedrooms. The fenced backyard is yours to relax in — perfect for outdoor meals, morning coffee, or quiet evenings under the trees. Guests also have use of the in-unit washer and dryer, and entry is simple and secure with a smart lock and personalized access code provided before arrival.
We live about 15 minutes away. Message on the app first as it is monitored 24/7.
The home has been fully remodeled from top to bottom, including new plumbing and electrical, for a clean, modern feel. Located in a quiet, established Sacramento neighborhood with tree-lined streets and easy access to downtown.

One small dog under 20 lbs is allowed for $100 pet fee.
Parties/Noise: In order to respect the neighbors and our quiet neighborhood, we do not allow parties in the house, and we kindly ask that things are kept on the quieter side after 10:00 pm.
Number of Guests: There will be a fee of $25 for each guest over 6 unless discussed with us, even if the person does not stay the night. This is to prevent parties.
Check-Out: Check-out is before 11:00 am. There will be a fee of $100/hour for late checkouts. Please let us know about the time you plan to check out so we can pass this information on to the housekeepers. We kindly ask that prior to leaving, place any dishes in the dishwasher and take out the trash. Leave the home basically as you found it when you arrived.
Restrooms: Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet, including wet wipes and flushable wet wipes.
Smoking: Our house is a non-smoking home, please only smoke in the backyard. No smoking of cigarettes or weed inside the house or there will be a $300 charge.
Candles: We do not allow candles in the home, this is a fire hazard.
Damage: We understand that accidents happen. We ask that you please let us know when something is broken so that we can replace or repair it. There is a stain remover under the sink in the kitchen for the carpet and bedding.
Pets: One small pet under 20lbs is allowed for $100 non-refundable fee. Please alert us prior to your stay if you are planning on bringing along your pet. All pets must be fully potty trained, and not track mud or dirt into our home; please clean your pet`s feet if they are dirty/muddy prior to allowing them in the home. Pets are NOT allowed on any furniture, including the beds. Keep the bedroom doors closed that are not being used. We shall not be held responsible in any way for anything that may happen to your pet.
$300 fee for any animal waste found on the property (inside and/or outdoor spaces) after you leave.
Lost Items: Please do not forget anything in the home. We can not package and ship things that are left behind.
Utilities: We kindly ask that you switch off lights and turn off AC/heater when not in the home.
Please do not unplug anything in the home. It is difficult for the next guest if lamps are unplugged, and there are items in the home that operate the door lock and doorbell. If you don’t know what it is, do not unplug it. Do not unplug the wireless router or modem or it will shut down the door lock and you may get locked out.
