About this house rental

A Spacious one-bedroom house in a garden setting, with an expansive view over grass fields to distant hills. Recently built with triple glazed windows it is quiet, warm and cozy.
Located at Margate village, the gateway of the Channel region and Bruny Island.
Easy parking area with gates that are closed over-night.
The house is situated below the main residence so there are steps down to the residence.
A luxurious hot tub is available to use in the garden for a small charge $10, per use, to help us with the cost of maintenance.
