Gorgeous Ocean Views Private Hot Tub Game Room WiFi Patio and Washer Dryer

A great vacation home a short walk from the beach. Lots of room and very beautiful.

I would definitely come back! Kid friendly, great location and sleeps 10 comfortably. I would recommend a pest control treatment. We killed a lot of bugs in the kitchen. Confident one cockroach. Cleaning company could do a better job. There was blood stains on the white sheets in the master bedroom and 2 bags of trash outside the front door. Downstairs bath was missing the toilet paper holder. Maybe put a note somewhere about when the garbage comes. The trash was 3/4 full when we got there. House needs a little upkeep / maintenance but who’s doesn’t. We’ll be coming back!

I don't like leaving bad reviews. I wanted to like this property. It had many qualities needed for a pleasant stay. But dealing with the management company was needlessly stressful, and the property was not ready at the time I arrived.The rental property info was not sent to me until the evening before our group were to arrive. The email did not include the access code. I emailed back but had no response with the access code information. I called the morning of arrival to get the code - the local phone number went directly to "hold for an available agent". After trying 3 times and holding for 10 minutes each time, I searched the internet for other phone numbers. It took several attempts before getting a person who was able to help me get the access code. This process took over an hour.I arrived promptly at 4pm and cleaning service was still working. I briefly looked in the kitchen to take stock before heading to the grocery store, arriving back around 40-50 minutes later. Cleaning service was gone, but the floors in many of the rooms were not swept / vacuumed, a used towel hung on the back of the door in the primary bathroom, and a pile of sand was left just inside the door on the lower level. While trying to find a colander, we came across a broken cabinet door hinge.The furniture was comfortable, the view relaxing, the hot tub enjoyable, and the location for beach access was great. But I won't be returning and won't rent from this agency again.
