Welcome to Frangipani, your peaceful coastal getaway in beautiful Long Jetty.
This warm and inviting home has a resort-style feel, complete with a sparkling pool, and outdoor entertainment area — perfect for soaking up the sun and relaxing with family or friends.
Whether you’re planning a family escape, a multi-generational trip, or a catch-up with friends, Frangipani offers plenty of space to unwind and reconnect.

The Space
Frangipani is a two-level home designed for comfort, relaxation, and togetherness.
First Floor
• Bright front TV room for movie nights - Seating for six guests on lounges.
• Open-plan dining and kitchen with room for everyone
• Large kitchen with loads of cupboard space and quality appliances
• Small home fitness room for fitness lovers
• Laundry with washing machine and dryer
• Cosy sitting area near the kitchen – perfect for morning coffee
• Separate office for remote work or quiet time
Second Floor
• Spacious main bedroom with ensuite and private balcony
• Five comfortable bedrooms.
1 x kind bed.
3 x queen beds
1 x single with a trundle
• Main bathroom with modern finishes
Main Bathroom and one ensuite off the main bedroom.
Outdoor Living
Step outside and enjoy your private pool and outdoor private entertaining area.
Swim, read, or relax with a drink in hand – you’ll feel like you’re on a permanent holiday.

You’ll have the entire home to yourself — all indoor and outdoor spaces are exclusively yours during your stay.

• Refundable security bond: $1500 (may be requested before arrival)
• ID and card verification may be required (privacy assured)
• No third-party bookings without prior written consent
• No parties or events – this is a quiet residential area
• No smoking (inside or outside)
• Please do not unplug any tech appliances
• Professionally laundered linen and deep cleaning before every stay
During peak seasons we are unable to offer early check or late check out. Check ins will be 3pm or later.

The Long Jetty town centre is a vibrant stretch along The Entrance Road; a showreel of unique art, design, fashion and antiques curated by local makers, creators and collectors. As an entrepreneurial hub, Long Jetty has a progressive crowd who crave those quirky 'Newtown by the sea' vibes – minus that big city buzz. It's also become the place to set up that 'big idea' you've been dreaming about for years, with Long Jetty the launching pad of Blank Canvas Central Coast in 2021, Plain Janes curated fashion, and HQ for the gone-global environmental movement, Take 3 for the Sea.
Long Jetty is a mix of lakeside residential streets branching off to the foreshore, alongside its main street featuring a collection of boutique shops, contemporary gallery spaces, modern cafes and gig spaces, one old school pub, one WWII cinema, vintage op shops and quirky businesses found nowhere else in the region. It also has three jetties that inspired its namesake - Parry’s Jetty, Watkin’s Jetty and of course The Long Jetty.
