This elegant fairy tale home offers a truly unique experience. Located at Fountaindale on the Central Coast, Aashiyana is only just over an hour’s drive north of Sydney.
Secluded, private and comfortable, Aashiyana perfectly captures what it is to stay in your own personal paradise. With spacious bedrooms, high ceilings and superb styling, this property is the perfect trip away for families, reunions, mums weekends away or even corporate retreats.
Aashiyana offers two separate dwellings, connected via an indoor entertainment area. With a theatre room, 2x pool/billiard tables, gym area, wine room and bar area, indoor pool and heated spa, you’ll have endless entertainment for everyone.
A private stairwell takes you to the master bedroom, where you will find a parents retreat. Featuring a sprawling room with king bed and sitting area, grand bathroom with salon area, and offers the perfect place to blow off steam - using the private spa overlooking the tennis court. Luscious greenery surrounds the entire property with flowing decks to create seamless indoor/outdoor living. This property features in total 8 bedrooms ( including 3 ensuites) set over the 2 dwellings, 6 full bathrooms, 3 powder rooms and 10+ car parking.

If you're looking for some retail therapy Westfield Tuggerah is only a 17 minute drive away.
Beaches - 20-30 minutes
20-30 minute drive and you will have access to some of the Central Coasts most beautiful beaches such as Shelly Beach, Blue Bay and Toowoon.
Glenworth Valley - 25 Minutes
Glenworth Valley is the perfect day-trip. It offers horse riding, quad bike riding, Abseiling, Kayaking and more.
Treetops Adventure Central Coast - 19 Minutes
Obstacle courses with bridges & tunnels high above the forest, plus a roller coaster zip line.

NOISE AND BEHAVIOUR
Please note our properties are designed specifically for larger groups, however they are not party houses.
The guests agrees to:
- Have no more than the agreed upon number of occupants at the house.
- Not have any party, event or function
- Please note we cap the adults at the property unless otherwise approved. (We do accept family style bookings, corporate/ retreats and minors are welcome at all our properties)
- The lead guest is responsible for the group conduct – we ask that everyone abides by local laws and rules including conducting themselves in a manner which is not a nuisance to neighbours.
- POOL HOURS: MONDAY - SUNDAY 8AM - 10PM
Noise
- You are welcome to use a speaker ‘UE Boom 3’ size or similar at the property at a reasonable level. We work on a one warning basis, so if there are neighbour complaints, we will ask you to turn this off.
- QUIET HOURS: Between 10pm and 7am, no speaker is permitted between these times.
- DJS are not permitted onsite at any time. Fireworks are strictly prohibited at all properties.
- Security does monitor the property and can be called for an undue noise complaint – please note this is a $250 call out fee each time if they do need to attend.
Please note you will be asked to sign terms and conditions contract at the time of booking. Our noise policy is listed in the property description and if you wish to see the full terms please advise and we can send these through for you.

Great location for a family gathering of 18 people. The tennis court, pool and billiard table all got a huge amount of use. We had two nights catered by an excellent chef (Jela of Lemon Soul Chef). Water pressure was a bit suspect at times but to be expected in multilevel home with tank supply in the bush.

The amenities kept all our children busy tennis, basketball,swimming,pool tables tennis ping pong and games.The actual house was grand but a few things need fixing and cleaning, but overall we had a great time as a family of 17.

Beautifully maintained property , spacious , very well thought out and equipped kitchen with generous suppliesEverything worked perfectly . Plenty of activities to keep all ages happy . Very comfortable beds and lovely bathrooms. An ideal holiday house for our multigenerational family. Did not leave property over the 3 night stay. Had a catered dinner by Aroma private chef recommended on house website and can endorse recommendation , outstanding fine dining experience. Would highly recommend this property, very good communication with Danielle made the booking , arrival and general queries easily and very promptly handled
