Welcome to Bella Vista Organic Farm and Vineyard! Come savor a relaxing getaway at our comfy and bright 4-bedroom, 2 bath renovated farmhouse with beautiful outdoor kitchen and pizza oven. Enjoy sweeping views of Sonoma Valley from the large wrap around porch. Our home sits on over 2 acres which includes our Pinot Noir vineyard, vegetable garden, orchard, & hot tub overlooking a beautiful pond with waterfall & deck. A peaceful oasis just minutes to downtown Sebastopol with its quaint shops & excellent restaurants.

The space
Featuring 4 bedrooms with comfortable, soft cotton linens on queen-sized beds, a large living dining area with plenty of natural light and views of the outside, 2 modern bathrooms with walk in showers, one soaking tub and a steam room. Our home can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. It is air conditioned and heated by ductless mini-splits which additionally filters the air. And has a small gas fireplace that heats the main living area.

Amenities include a newly renovated fully equipped chef's kitchen with 6 burner Viking gas range, Cuisinart coffee maker, French press, a Hamilton Beach blender, Kitchen Aid mixer, Cuisinart Food Processor, Belgian waffle maker, and an assortment of baking and cooking equipment. An outdoor kitchen with gas BBQ and rotisserie, a Green Egg, pizza oven, 2 outdoor dining tables, comfortable outdoor lounge seating, hammock, Cornhole game, wireless internet access, in-unit laundry machines, flat screen Smart TV, games, puzzles, poker chips and an incredible view of Sonoma Valley from the porch.
Guest access
Guests are welcome to walk through the garden but please leave the produce for our gardener. If apples or blackberries are in season, please pick as many as you like! Also, if you are planning on any extra day guests or a get together, please check with us. May be subject to additional cost.
Other things to note
1. Please drive slowly down our small lane off of Pleasant Hill Road to be respectful of our neighbors, 2 legged and 4 legged.
2. Recycling is required by law in Sonoma county. Items must be separated by compostable, recyclable, and garbage. There is a $100 charge for trash not sorted properly.
3. We have a beautiful pond and hot tub but there are dangers with any body of water. Therefore, we encourage interested guests to carefully determine the safety needs of your group. We recommend no children under 8 years old.
4. We would be happy to provide grocery shopping, a vineyard or garden tour, or a welcome cheese platter at an additional cost.
5. Please let us know if you are looking for a venue for a small family gathering such as a rehearsal dinner or brunch.
