The river house was great. We used the dock and enjoyed the river. The house was nice and had what we needed.

My family and I were in town for just a couple of days for a funeral. We enjoyed our stay at this property. It would be a great space for large family gatherings. I loved the two large living areas that would give plenty of space for a large group to hang out. It was very clean and the kitchen was updated nicely. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Some areas of the home could use a little tlc. The walls and trim work in some of the bedrooms and bathrooms need to be patched and painted. Furniture seemed clean, but I did notice one of the living chairs needed cleaning. The house was a little cool and we couldn’t adjust the thermostat. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the house more than met our needs.

Stayed 4 days. Had a great time. House is very nice. Neighborhood was fun to see. Cooked all nights on the BBQ. Everyone had a great time. Would rent here again.
