Step up into the cottage and you'll arrive in the welcoming kitchen-diner. Fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a delicious meal, it's the perfect spot to gather, cook, and chat about your day. A handy breakfast bar with two stools adds a sociable space for morning coffees or keeping the chef company.
Just off the kitchen is the light-filled conservatory, an ideal place to unwind with a book while keeping an eye on the children as they play in the enclosed rear garden.
The cosy living room features a large corner sofa and a log burner, creating a wonderful space to curl up for a film night with hot chocolates or enjoy some fun family games together.
The cottage offers two comfortable bedrooms: a spacious double and a charming twin, both with plenty of storage for your belongings. The family bathroom includes everything you need, with both a bath and a separate shower.
Step outside and explore the 40 acres on site, with peaceful countryside and woodland walks winding through the fields surrounding the cottage. There's private parking for up to three cars on the driveway, and to the right of the cottage sits a fabulous lodge with an indoor swim-spa and sauna. Stunning views and mature gardens surround the cottage, offering seating areas at both the front garden and rear courtyard, along with grassy banks where children can run, play, and burn off some energy.
The local area has plenty to enjoy, with a selection of coffee shops, pubs, and restaurants in nearby St Clears. A wide variety of outdoor activities are available across Carmarthenshire and Pembrokeshire, including horse riding, coasteering, water sports, abseiling, orienteering, caving and gorge walking.
For families, popular attractions such as Folly Farm, Manor House Wildlife Park, Heatherton World of Activities, and Dinosaur Park are just a short drive away.
Guest access
The guest's will have exclusive access to the entire house and immediate garden with sole use of the swimming pool and sauna for up to 2 hours per day during your stay.
There are many countryside and woodland walks through the fields surrounding the cottage.
