    The pictures on Google Maps and Agoda looked quite different from what we experienced in person. The street leading to the hotel is unbelievably narrow, and parking was very challenging, with almost no space to maneuver or get out comfortably. The room also wasn’t maintained as well as expected. Towels were not provided, and although I specifically requested a non-smoking room, the room smelled strongly of cigarette ashes. The bedcovers also had several visible stains. The staff were good and I have no complaints about them. They were helpful, but there’s only so much the staff can do when the hotel itself isn’t maintaining basic hygiene and upkeep.

    The room has cockroach issues. Initially checked in into one room and when the door opened there was so much of cockroach running by around. Then the hotel staff offered another room. There too had the same issues. A third room was then offered. Initially the room had no issues. But the second day cockroach started crawling in again. Had already allergy to cockroach. The situation did not help much either. They have to deal with the main sewage issue first then all this can be managed. Maybe everyday the hotel room needs to be cleaned and sprayed to manage this situation. Has this will not be solved with just one cleaning.
