Nestled in a quiet neighborhood only minutes from downtown and Johnson Ave Hy-Vee - convenience at your doorstep whenever you need it. The bedrooms feature a king bed and a queen bed, providing a comfortable rest for guests. The bathroom includes a bathtub and everything you need during your stay, making your routine easy and convenient. The house stays cozy no matter the season. This wonderful space invites guests to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. Experience what Cedar Rapids has to offer with a stay at this cottage.

It’s peaceful here. The house is clean and updated. It’s free of clutter. It has two bedrooms and one full bathroom. There’s also a washer and dryer for guest to use in the unfinished basement.

Please note: The stairs going down the basement is blocked with a baby gate for safety. Suggest being careful walking to the basement.

Guest have access to the whole house except for the attic and the garage.

There is off-street parking for a vehicle and on-street parking for two vehicles. Uber and Lyft operate in the area.
