About this apartment rental
There is a detail about this apartment that tells you everything you need to know about the care that has gone into it: waiting in the fridge when you arrive is a complimentary bottle of rosé from the owner`s own winery in the Bay of Islands — a personal, generous touch that sets the tone for everything that follows. This is a space that has been thought about, not just furnished.
The apartment itself is beautifully renovated throughout, with a designer aesthetic that balances contemporary elegance with genuine warmth and comfort. The open-plan living and dining area is calm and well-proportioned, dressed with contemporary furniture, curated décor, and the kind of considered attention to detail that makes a space feel both stylish and immediately liveable. The kitchen is well equipped for self-catering with all the essentials you need — whether that means a leisurely breakfast before a day exploring Auckland or a simple dinner before heading out to the Viaduct.
The private balcony extends the living space outdoors and offers a glimpse of the harbour atmosphere below — ideal for a morning coffee as the marina stirs, or an evening glass of that rosé as the city lights begin to reflect across the water. The master bedroom is dressed in hotel-quality linen and finished with designer accents, creating a genuine sanctuary for rest. The bathroom has been fully renovated to a high standard and is a genuine highlight of the apartment — beautifully finished with quality fittings and a luxurious rain shower that makes the morning routine feel like anything but routine.
Throughout your stay, access to The Point Apartments` exceptional shared facilities is included: a outdoor pool, a modern fully equipped gym, and a tranquil sauna — a combination that transforms a city apartment stay into something closer to a boutique hotel experience.

Step outside and within minutes you are choosing between some of the city`s finest restaurants: Baduzzi for handmade pasta and Italian small plates on the waterfront, Hello Beasty for bold Asian-inspired sharing, Giraffe for waterfront dining with harbour views, and a seemingly endless selection of bars, wine rooms, and casual eateries that make the Viaduct one of the most enjoyable places to spend an evening in Auckland.
Commercial Bay — Auckland`s flagship waterfront retail and dining complex — is a short walk, connecting seamlessly to Britomart`s cobblestoned laneway precinct with its celebrated restaurants, boutique designer stores, and specialty cafés. The Auckland Ferry Terminal is nearby with daily services to Waiheke Island, Devonport, and the Hauraki Gulf. Wynyard Quarter and its North Wharf dining precinct — including Silo Park, the Wynyard Farmers Market, and the Auckland Fish Market — are an easy waterfront stroll west. The CBD`s Queen Street, Sky Tower, Auckland Art Gallery, and Albert Park are all within comfortable walking distance.
