Loved the covered balcony

Location was perfect for our conference at the event centre, which was a 2 minute walk. The view from the enclosed balcony was amazing and the perfect way to unwind after an eventful day. Even while it was raining outside - just gorgeous!
Key collection at peak hour was a bit horrendous and added a lot of extra time to our check-in experience, but I can understand the logistics of an air bnb property in that complex.

I like the location its cental , it was enough room for a family of 4 i stayed twice during my visit to NZ and both were good enough .
Jamie was exceptional quick responsive .highly understaning. Dan and his team all good .
Nothing . Its just that the harbour facing sometimes has Big ships docking right in front of the balcony and that feels like a sudden building just got built overnight :) but not a deal breaker the Modern stunner i stayed later had no such problem and was on more quiter side :) Overall excellent .

Locating the property was an issue
Access to the elevator required navigating stairs, which is an issue with luggage
Despite air conditioning ducts in all rooms, they were not functioning, therefore, had to rely on wall mounted unit which didn’t cool bedrooms
Key fob stopped working on ground floor elevator
