    It's clean and with good ambience. Room's are big specious with balcony. Clean bathroom. Clean and neat sheets. Comfortable stay. Food options are limitybut tasty and healthy food. They also provide very tasty and quiet a good quantity of sabudana khichdi when I requested prior night for next day morning breakfast. Our everytime go for stay in Panjim.

    The hotel is in a very nice area . The food is simple and very homely. The hotel is clean

    There was no water, i had to leave early, but there was no water, i called the hotel staff, they said, they will look into it and no reply for hours and when i kept calling, they said nothing can be done for now. Somehow when i came down to reception, staff was watering the plants. Beds were no quality and too rigid, AC remote was not there and staff said AC are automatic and you cant control or set temperature or speed, not really sure if anything was really automatic. Felt very cheap. Only 1 light in the room and the other light staff told is not working.
