Location wise it was a perfect place. Staff nature was friendly and welcoming. Overall, I will recommend this location for couples and family. However, its wifi was not working well.

Relatively new hotel. The front desk is hidden deep inside the building that one can be moved nearer to the door. Clean. I like that the front glass door is auto lock access by guest card after 8 pm. Someone followed me and that auto lock feature was Godsend. Will stay again next time

We booked a family room for three adults,so it’s pretty spacious.The staff is really helpful and kind.Gave us some useful information going around the city.

Pros : In Chinatown and close to mrt. Cons : cleanliness and issue management shortcomings. They ask for a RM100 deposit in cash only. Your own room at a budget hotel so of course some shortcuts were expected in terms of service for that price. Up to each to decide on one's tolerance threshold. Room has aircon, tv with online services, wifi. It is big enough that you can open your luggages on the floor. The 3 I had had the window pointing to the inner court. There is a rolling shutter for each. The toilet can be combined with the shower or they can be separate. Stayed 2 nights and lost the remaining 5 nights so hopefully this review may trigger some changes in their management. Everything described here has been reported to the receptionist and the management and few days were given to them to give a proper solution. 1st day : check-in. At first glance, housekeeping felt rushed. There were still leftover trash on the desk, stains on bedding sheet, dry pee stains on the toilet seat cover, hair in the shower, toilet paper and shower gels not refilled, hair and dust accumulated in the corners like they were swiped aside. It's a budget hotel so indeed was expecting some potential shortcomings. 2nd night : there was a cockroach on the floor and later late at night, another one was crawling by the bed. Didn't want to trouble at 3am so barely managed to sleep. 3rd day : asked to change room. New one has a visible bed bug on the sheet. Bedding sheet also had multiple stains. At this point, wanted to change hotel as trust plummeted. Receptionist insisted on trying another room. It seemed ok at first glance minus the bedding sheet not being visibly super clean. There was a little red stain on one of the bed sheets. It could be totally harmless or it could be a squished bed bug (assumption made because of the previous room) but the succession of changes made me not want to take more risk as it was getting late, just wanted a good sleep and bed bug is no joke. I finally moved to a hostel nearby. Issue escalated to what I believe is management. Written down all the issues, sent all the evidences I have (pics and videos). Got acknowledged then no follow-up since then. Agoda was not helpful to solve this matter neither at this point. If you book it may be better to book just on night and get in contact directly with the hotel for the rest.
