D Loft Hotel

Lobby smell abit weird. Room generally clean and its very near to train station and attractions.

Although it's located very near to Petaling Street and MRT pasar seni, the stay is somewhat unpleasant. The hotel is located in a restaurant which selling malatang and loshifen, which had very strong smell, the reception is small and occupying the walkway (but the staff was helpful and nice) there's only 1 lift serving 7 floors and it's quite hot when waiting the lift. The corridor of room is filled with echos and the room is not soundproofing, both corridor noise and noise from the street can penetrate in easily. The bathroom is clean but there's black spot probably caused by fungus and the shower is just directly above the toilet bowl, which makes the toilet paper damp after bath. Although the water pressure was pleasant enough, the drain was not so well placed, cause water stagnent and not even dry after whole night. This really makes morning somewhat a bit unpleasant when stepping on the water. Also, the TV signal is bad, so do the wifi. The cleanliness also not really good, where I can saw long hair when check in on the bathroom wall and some stain on the bedsheets. Overall, the hotel is perfect in location but lower rating throughout overall stay.

This hotel’s entry is in the same area of restaurant. Really cannot tahan restaurant’s food smell. And also its has very bad sound insulation, can hear all the voice from other rooms. Most importantly it share the same ventilation system with the smoking area which caused that the toilet has smoke smell.
