Location… the set-up.. clean.. and quiet!!!

The virtual concierge needs update.. i asked if the building has printer we can use and it says NONE!! I got issues on Amazon deliveries and the answered were not too helpful , but, at least the company has a back up costumer care number to call..

The apartment is incredibly clean and comfortable, and the amenities within the complex are great added value. The location is also brilliant. I would have rated the stay a ten if not for a few issues I've provided below.

As an international, it was not accessible for me to phone American numbers when I had an issue. I didn't find staff very responsive to my concerns and when I did attempt to call, there was no answer. Especially during the World Cup, it makes sense to have a more accessible way of reporting issues to be fixed with better response times. The issues I had were two-fold: one of the bedroom slider doors was faulty and nearly fell on me - I could not use it the rest of the stay - and my apartment door was not able to be locked when I left (it could only be locked from the inside). Anyone who had gained access to the building could have walked in while I was out. The lock needs fixing as I was gambling everytime I went out and I wasn't able to get help in fixing this.
