Your evening ends on a quiet Decatur street, 13 minutes on foot from the trails of the Clyde Shepherd Nature Preserve, after a day that started with a short drive to Emory.
Emory University is a 10-minute drive, Decatur Station 16 minutes, and the Georgia Aquarium, World Congress Center and Mercedes-Benz Stadium sit 25 to 27 minutes away. Ghion Restaurant is a 17-minute walk for Ethiopian food, and quick bites are close by car.
This two-bedroom home has one bathroom and sleeps four, with a full kitchen for dinners in and a dedicated workspace for the laptop. Room-darkening shades make it easy to sleep after a late shift or a long travel day.
The Magnolia is one of three homes on the same Willivee Drive lot. With The Azalea at Willivee and The Garden Suite at Willivee, up to six bedrooms can be booked side by side, each home with its own door and kitchen.
Practical details: central air, Wi-Fi, bed linens and towels, and a non-smoking home. McDonald's and Zaxby's are a 7-minute drive for a late bite. Pets are not allowed in this unit.
For the safety of our guests and our property, we use a standard guest verification and damage waiver program. After booking, you will receive a link from our 3rd party provider Truvi to verify your identity and electronically sign our rental agreement. This is a standard requirement for all reservations and takes just a minute.
Please note that your reservation is pending until the above mentioned items are completed. Failure to complete the verification may result in the reservation being canceled per our house rules.
For longer stays (30+ days), we may require a background check and signed Lease Agreement.
Please note: Georgia Climate & Occasional Insects:
Our home is professionally cleaned, well-maintained, and receives regular preventative pest control. However, due to Georgia’s climate—especially during the warm and humid summer months—an occasional outdoor bug may still find its way inside. The occasional presence of a common outdoor insect does not indicate an infestation or cleanliness issue and, by itself, is not grounds for a refund or cancellation. Thank you for your understanding.
