Landing Stylish 1BD Game Room Gym

Excellent location. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, quiet, and had all the amenities we needed for our stay.

The key pickup process was very easy and convenient. However, there were some inconsistencies between the instructions provided by Landing and the information on Booking.com, which caused a bit of confusion during check-in. On the positive side, the check-out instructions were excellent — clear, simple, and very convenient to follow:)

The apartment is spacious and comfortable. The building has very nice amenities, including a gym, a garden and an amazon locker. It is right in front of Yale’s Science Park and within walking distance to Yale’s Old Campus, although it is a long walk. The neighborhood is safe.

The apartment was incredibly dirty when we arrived - to the point we found food pieces in the utensils’ drawer. It most definitely wasn’t cleaned before our arrival. We had to go to the supermarket and get cleaning supplies and stayed up until 1 am cleaning everything. To this day, Landing has not provided any follow up to my complaint. They are overall very difficult to reach. If it wasn’t for the assistance of a person who lived in the building I wouldn’t even have been able to check in.
