Bright Downtown Studio near Yale & East Rock!

It needs some tlc. Shower door seems fragile. No WiFi. Tv did not work.

We had a wonderful experience at this property. The location was excellent — we could reach everywhere we needed just by walking. It’s close to Yale University and also near shops that sell food and groceries. Our unit was very clean and equipped with a heater, which really helped keep the room warm during the cold season when we stayed there. We also loved that the room had a small kitchen area (with a microwave and cooking utensils), which made it easy to prepare our own meals whenever we didn’t feel like going out. In addition, the property had a washer and dryer, which made it convenient for us to do laundry without needing to find a laundromat outside. Above all, what made our stay even better was the host — incredibly kind and very responsive. Every question we asked was answered quickly and always with helpful solutions. We’re truly grateful to the host for everything.

The areas that could be improved are the availability of dining utensils, since the mini kitchen in the room didn’t include them — having those would definitely be very helpful. Another thing is that the floor in the unit seems a bit thin, so we could clearly hear footsteps from the room above. Other than that, everything was excellent in our opinion.

Locations

wanted to share a few concerns about the property. The air conditioner is very noisy and, which makes it difficult to rest comfortably. The bed in is also very noisy and squeaks even with small movements, making it hard to sleep well. Additionally, Airbnb supposed to have a full kitchen, but there is no oven.
