Convenient 2 bed in central Faversham with parking

i loved how spacious it was! 3 bedrooms was definitely more than we needed, but i appreciated having the extra space. the location was excellent, very quiet and friendly neighborhood. i also really appreciated the number of towels. might be a weird thing, but it was nice having extra towls. the apartment felt very clean and the decor was really nice! appreciated the washing machine, even though it was a bit small.

my stay was during a heatwave so i'm not going to blame the host for this, but a fan would have been nice or something to help cool the room down. there were also not much in terms of cleaning supplies. the drainage for the shower didn't help prevent blockages so we had to go out to get a declogger for the drain (no idea how long stuff had been stuck down there but i pulled out a massive clump of hair which definitely did not come from me!) same for sponges and general cleaning and kitchen supplies. we ended up having to go out and buying things we needed, especially to clean up the pots as a few of them were kinda dirty; oil, sponges, tea, coffee, sugar, barkeepers friend etc which we left there to help with the next guests. another few notes, the listing states that there is a garden with a BBQ. what it is, is a small patch of overgrown grass in the corner. very small, too small to make any meaningful use of it. didn't look too inviting down there so i didn't use it. there also is no balcony. also, i HATED the stairs lol a heads up for the number of stairs to enter the building, and then to reach the apartment would have been appreciated. my mum came to visit us while we stayed and she has mobility issues.

The location was excellent and a good base to explore that area of Kent, with easy access to restaurants for evening meals. Quiet area. The property was ok for a week's stay for the two of us but cramped and not properly equipped for more people for anything other than an overnight stay. This property has the potential to be really good.

Advertised as "luxury", which it wasn't. Parking: very tight, even for a small vehicle. This should be made clear and a permit (at no additional cost) offered at the outset. Property: lack of clothes storage for more than 2 people i.e. 1 hanging rail in 1 bedroom and 1 chest of drawers in the other bedroom is not sufficient for more than 2 people. Kitchen: minimal cutlery and crockery; oven needed cleaning; no bowls, dishes etc to be able to prepare/cook proper evening meals; no tea towel. No soundproofing so when the upstairs flat was occupied it was very noisy. Garden area not appealing.
